High-end designer lamp, conceived by the Belgian, world-renowned and award-winning design team, Muller Van Severen, for the also Belgian design brand, Valerie Objects. Although most design lovers know Muller Van Severen for their furniture, the design couple's story actually started with the notion of the hanging lamps - and out of necessity, explains Hannes van Severen: "We worked in our new home, which is an old house. There was a lack of a socket in the ceiling above the table for light, so we designed a lamp that could hang from the wall”. The first prototypes of the lamp were shown at Muller Van Severen's first solo exhibition in 2011. Sold online only.
Muller Van Severen is considered today as some of the most defining European designers and they have exhibited all over the world. The team's designs are described as seemingly created intuitively, with total effortlessness, as if the designers draw with colored pencils, freely in space.
