Chicken roaster – a special chicken pot for the oven from the French brand, Malle W. Trousseau, which offers a selection of kitchen tools from the best manufacturers in France and Europe in general. The special chicken roaster, known in France since the 19th century, makes it possible to cook a chicken in the oven vertically on the cone in the middle and place, for example, vegetables in the bowl around it. This gives a juicy chicken with crispy skin and at the same time the vegetables are candied in the moisture from the chicken.
