The standard measurement of the angled wall was extended and used to mark the placement of the facing bricks that protrude from the wall. The faceted pattern is the result of two sets of bricks intersecting at an angle of 30 degrees. The architecture makes the wall as much a part of the landscape as the trees and the fern-filled gorge.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eThe reason for this is the three-dimensional composition of the bricks, which extend, shape the space and become part of the surroundings.
