At every desk in Mads Nørgaard's office, there is a Kevi office chair : "I have always been excited about the combination of function and design, a fascination that also shows in my own work. The Kevi chair has proven that it is here to stay, and its durability is something we try to bring into our own designs. The only thing the Kevi chair needed were the stripes," explains Mads Nørgaard, who together with Danish Montana, who produces the Kevi chair, and the Danish textile brand, Kvadrat, has created a striped version of the modern classic.
Alongside the accomplished, simple design and the recognized functionality, the Kevi chair is known for its revolutionary, rolling double wheels. The Kevi chair was designed by the architect, Jørgen Rasmussen, back in 1958, and has since sold more than 2.5 million copies.
Both seat and back are fully upholstered. The Kevi chair can be adjusted in height, just as the backrest can be adjusted individually.
