Red and natural striped dress-up collar from Danish Maduka, which specializes in dress-up clothes that are produced with great care both for the children and for the planet.
MADUKO was founded by Anna Gammelgaard and Maja Raaschou in 2021, based on the ambition to create change in the way we think, talk about and play with children and the products that surround them.
Dressing up has several good qualities in relation to children's play and development, among other things because it naturally invites play with identity, and because dressing up as a character can give courage - also among children who find themselves in vulnerable situations or are weak in a children's community.
The collar is closed with velcro, and if the velcro becomes loose, it is most often because there is sand, threads or other dirt in it. That is why it is a good idea once in a while to take a needle and run it through the hairs. If one day the Velcro gives up completely, it can be replaced. This is one of the reasons why Maduko has chosen that many of their products are closed like this.
