This is the story of French sculptor and installation artist Louise Bourgeois. When Louise was a little girl her mother died and she learned to express her feelings through drawing.
When she grew up, she switched from drawing to sculpture and confronted her own anxiety through art. The book is full of whimsical drawings and extra facts, e.g. a timeline of historical photos from the artist's life.
