Cross body bag in PU from the Danish designbrand, Bella Ballou. The brand was founded in 2008 by Pia Grønlund and Tina Steentoft, who have worked with design all their lives. They design bags in vegan leather (PU), scarves in both silk, wool and cashmere - and a range of accessories, produced sustainably as far as possible.

Bella Ballou seeks to be less environmentally burdensome in their business. This applies to the materials used, how suppliers operate, the conditions for the employees of business partners and the environmental impact the brand's production has.
About half of Bella Ballou's collection is digitally printed, which requires less printing ink than traditional silk printing. The brand's socks are oeko-tex® certified, the catalog is Swan-labelled, and the gift boxes are produced in recycled cardboard and printed with soy colors without chemicals. Sea freight is CO2-neutral, as a tree corresponding to the CO2 footprint of each shipment is planted.
