In 1939, Holger Nielsen founded the design company Vipp, where he launched his first design; Tilt the pedal bucket. Today, the family-owned company has grown, and Vipp now presents a rich design universe with e.g. both furniture and kitchens.
The Vipp452 swivel chair is designed with a slim, polished aluminum frame and a padded leather seat and backrest. The slim armrests continue into a discreet padded backrest, which gives the otherwise solid, industrial material an airy look. The soft, padded leather seat, which is at a fixed height, elegantly rests on a column with four legs on wheels that allow the seat to rotate 360 degrees. With this version of the Vipp chair, you get a chair where both flexibility and comfort are the focus.
The chair is perfect for the exclusive home office or meeting room, but will also be a special twist for the dining table.
Vipp has upholstered the chair in aniline leather, a carefully selected natural product with a thin layer of protection to showcase its raw and natural appearance. Individual characteristics in the leather are a sign of genuine leather, just like the grain in wood. Color difference, natural marks and other unique characteristics therefore vary from chair to chair.
The chair is available with both green and sand-coloured upholstery.
