The 'horizontal' water bottle can withstand being put in the freezer. You can therefore also have refreshing ice water with you on the go. Due to the practical shape, the bottle does not take up much space in the freezer. However, never fill the bottle all the way to the brim before it is frozen, as water expands when it freezes into ice.
Please note, however, that the bottle is not for liquids with carbon dioxide, such as sparkling water and soda. The horizontal bottle cannot withstand being under pressure, and this can result in the bottle being damaged. It is recommended that the Vandret bottle is only used for water. However, it is fine to add blueberries, a little mint or similar to give the water a little taste. It looks great in the Vandret water bottle.
The membrane on the Vandret water bottle is made of rubber which holds up to everyday use and wear. The water bottle is made of SAN plastic and is tested and certified free of BPA and Phthalates. This means that you can safely fill the bottle with liquid again and again, without any hormone-disrupting substances being passed on from the plastic.

Maintenance:
The 'Horizontal' water bottle can be washed in the dishwasher. However, it is recommended that you also occasionally clean the water bottle with boiling water. The material SAN plastic can withstand water temperatures of up to 100 degrees, so it will not get scalded.
