Column glass vase - small

The glass vase is part of the Kolonn glass series, designed by Carina Seth Andersson. The Kolonn series consists of 3 vases, which were created in connection with the reopening of the Swedish National Museum in 2018. The small glass vase is good for a few branches or flowers. The vase has a simple and timeless design and is beautiful just in itself.

The column glass vases are hand-blown by the glassblowers at Skrufs Glaskbruk in Småland, making each vase unique.

Carina Seth Andersson is a Swedish designer known for her distinctive glass and ceramics. Her design process is about finding the balance between simplicity and form with meaning, resulting in timeless designs.

Carina works for a wide range of Scandinavian and international design producers and also works with public installations. Her works have been exhibited in museums around the world.

Skrufs Glasbruk is a glassworks located in Sweden. It was built in 1896 in the small local community of Skruv. Several well-known artists have designed glass at Skruf since the 1950s. Skrufs Glasbruk is today a family business and all products are manufactured in Skruv. Here, all glasswork is created by hand down to the smallest detail. At Skrufs Glasbruk, tradition and innovation are combined with high quality and artistic content.
