Still Nordic uses leather from cattle raised in India. The leather is a residual product from the meat and dairy industry, which means that no animals are raised directly for the company's production of bags. Still Nordic never uses skin from endangered or exotic species, which is why the bags with the look of crocodile skin or snake skin are made of embossed leather.
