Scarf Light Scarf

Scarf, Light Scarf, in a soft blend of silk and cotton from Danish design brand Tapis Noir. The print comes from a piece of fabric from the late 19th century, which is part of their own archive of antique textiles.

Tapis Noir was founded in 2020 by Mads Lehn Kruse, who combines his knowledge and experience as an art director with his personal interest in interiors and antique textiles in Tapis Noir. As a collector of rare textile documents, he reinterprets them in a contemporary context, where woven textures are digitally translated while tapestries and old wall panels are transformed into silk in harmony with Lehn Kruse's own warp prints.
