Bench – Beam

Bench, Beam , from Danish design brand Form & Refine. The bench has a long, functional shelf underneath for storing everyday items. The bench is made of locally sourced Bosnian pine and treated with ultra-matt varnish for extra protection. The design is based on a graphic approach, which designer Jonas Herman from Herman Studio explains:

”With Beam Bench I was inspired by classic H-profiles from construction, which have an iconic graphic shape. The wide profiles of the legs make it possible to conceal the screws that join the legs to the horizontal surfaces.’ – Jonas Herman, Herman Studio ”
