Handmade mushroom knife from the Swedish design, Hantverk, which has roots back to brush binders in 19th century Stockholm. The Iris mushroom knife is perfect for picking and cleaning mushrooms on a walk in the forest. The knife has an easy-to-grip handle and an effective but soft brush.
Hantverk produces, among other things, utensils and products for the kitchen, bath and cleaning – often in original designs and from natural materials. Hantverk originally started as a brush bindery in Stockholm back in the 19th century. Out of the current 17 employees, the basis of the business is the brush bindery, which is run by six visually impaired craftsmen and Hantverk also cooperates with the visually impaired in Estonia.
Hantverk has a vision to bring about new growth in the traditional craft trade, which is brush binding. This by bringing the craftsmen's solid know-how to the fore in products of functional and good design in combination with the quality of natural materials.
