IBU Jewels creates handmade jewelry in a unique collaboration between Dutch and Balinese women. All jewelry is produced in the company's atelier in Bali by local female artisans, who with great precision, passion, and attention to detail transform each design into a unique piece of jewelry.
The name IBU means "woman" and "mother" in Indonesian and reflects the brand's strong focus on women and community. The Balinese artisans have the opportunity to work both in the atelier and from home, which gives them the flexibility to create a balance between work and family life.
