The milk jug, Cyl, from Kinta is handmade in stoneware with a simple, cylindrical silhouette and a distinctive glaze. Each jug is produced at a family-owned ceramics workshop in Hanoi by the eighth generation of ceramicists.
The jug is made from local materials and glazed with non-toxic glazes. Fired at 1250 °C, the stoneware is suitable for everyday use as well as for both the dishwasher and microwave.
