Exclusive box for storage, from the Danish designer, Rikke Falkow. The box is handmade in cherry wood in the same shape as the classic, oval shaker boxes - and in the same way as over the past 250 years, put together with copper pins and small wooden dowels.
Rikke Falkow is a Danish architect, living in Rørvig. In 1995, Falkow began importing and selling the American Shaker products and has since developed his own collection, inspired by the Shakers' philosophy of life and values of purity, orderliness and durability.
All products are handmade from natural materials. The simple and timeless design allows the materials' own inherent qualities to be expressed and produces products that only become more beautiful with time.
