We have made it as easy as possible to return an item. Through our return portal, you can create your return in just a few minutes – the return cost will be automatically deducted from your refund amount, so you don't have to pay anything upfront.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount – minus the return cost – to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. You do not pay anything when creating the return. The return cost will be deducted from the amount you are refunded when we process your return.

Can I return items from all countries?
We accept returns from the countries and regions listed in the price table above. If you cannot find your country, please feel free to contact our customer service.

What happens if my package weighs more than 10 kg?
If you have a heavy shipment over 10 kg, please contact us directly – we will find a solution for you.

Can I return multiple items at once?
Yes, if your items can be safely sent in one box, in the same way you received the item.
No, if your return needs to be packed in multiple boxes. The return label can only be used for one shipment. 

What is the return period?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to create a return in the portal.
