Karen Borch is a graduate of the Danish School of Design and works as an illustrator, exhibitor and teacher of watercolor. As a painter, Karen Borch takes as her starting point what she sees - what can be painted through observation or as a representation of a view. She is also inspired by the interaction with nature. Her role models are Astrid Lindgren and Elsa Beskow, Eva Lindsröm and Halfdan Rasmussen.
