The large Cobra exhibition in 1966 showed well over 200 works from the Cobra movement, which was formed in 1948 as a collaboration between Dutch, Belgian and Danish artists - including Henry Heerup.

Cobra has the imagination and the bodily gesture at the center, but manages these values individually and without systematics. One way may be the world of myth, full of animals and beckoning masks, another the vitalist abstraction on the edge of chaos.

The poster is one of the anniversary posters reprinted in conjunction with Louisiana's 60th anniversary in 2018. The poster is printed on thick, matt paper.
