Among other things, the authors are co-founders of the research center Translocal Institute for Contemporary Art in Budapest, which operates at the crossroads between ecological thought and contemporary art. They are also co-founders of the Environmental Arts and Humanities Initiative at Central European University – also in Budapest, and have curated contemporary art and ecology programs.
