Louisiana tablecloth in 100% jacquard woven cotton with a pattern, inspired by the long wall that delimits Louisiana's cafe parallel to Øresund. The Jaquard weave gives the choice between two expressions, one on each side of the same tablecloth. The tablecloth is designed by Louisiana and woven in Italy.
The cafe wall, with the projecting stones, was ready at the opening of Louisiana in 1958 and is a fine example of the holistic thinking that characterized from the beginning the understated and refined use of details and materials by architects Bo & Wohlerts in central parts of Louisiana's architecture.
The projecting bricks form a three-dimensional composition, the special pattern of which becomes apparent when the light slides across the faceted surface during the day.
