The Harlang cutlery, with its welcoming soft shapes and Nordic simplicity, was designed by the internationally awarded architect, professor and PhD at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture, Christoffer Harlang (b. 1958), in collaboration with Bent Brandt. In his career, Christoffer Harlang has been behind or involved in a multitude of architectural projects, consultancy, books and articles on architecture and has, among other things, designed houses, furniture – and therefore also cutlery.

Christoffer Harlang was around Henning Larsen's design studio, studying in London and Rome before establishing his own design studio, Christoffer Harlang Architects, in 1992. In 2013, he won the international competition for a new visitor center at Hammershus, a building that was completed in 2018 and received a wide range of awards, including the leading architecture prize, the Mies van der Rohe Award, in 2019.
Christoffer Harlang advises private and public companies. He has held a number of positions of trust within his profession, is the author of a number of books and journal articles on Nordic architecture in particular, and in 2020 he was awarded Nykredit's Honorary Award in Architecture - an award given to a person who has made a special contribution to Danish architecture.
The cutlery set consists of a knife, fork, tablespoon and teaspoon. Dishwasher safe.
