Coastline ring from the Danish designer, Pernille Corydon, who already showed a special interest in craftsmanship while growing up in Kerteminde. Corydon founded her jewelery production in 2007 and explains herself that she gets her inspiration from architecture, furniture, nature, fashion - and from people. Corydon's jewellery, created with Scandinavian simplicity, may have had a previous life as a second piece of jewellery, as the brand produces from certified recycled silver before the many designs are sold through more than 600 dealers in 20 countries worldwide.
With Coastline , Pernille Corydon has been inspired by the Norwegian Lofoten with wild, raw coasts - and the organic patterns in the sand that the waves leave when they recede.
The Corydon brand regularly has its raw materials checked by the Danish Ædelmetalkontrollen. The brand monitors the origin of the pearls and precious stones used for the jewelery and they produce within the framework of EU legislation in the field of chemicals - REACH.
The handmade and nickel-free jewelery has been manufactured by the same company in Thailand for the past 10 years. Surplus silver from stock and any claims are recycled in production.
