David Hockney is a world-renowned painter, graphic designer, photographer and scenographer who has been producing art for six decades. Louisiana has had close contact and collaboration with the artist for many years. He has been presented at several exhibitions and in 2007 the museum acquired David Hockney's giant painting A Closer Grand Canyon.
