The Dutch design brand, Kinta, has designed the teapot, Cer Cyl, with a glossy glazed body and a matt glazed lid. The teapot has a permanent, ceramic filter in the spout and a small lip in the lid that holds it in place when the tea is poured.
Kinta collaborates with the 8th generation of the same family of potters in Hanoi. A family that carries on old craft traditions in Vietnam and has also turned the jug here. The jug is fired at a high temperature, which makes it robust enough for the dishwasher.
