Bread knife – BK22

Bread knife, made in the German knife city, Solingen and designed by the Danish brand, Veark in collaboration with the Copenhagen chef and baker, Jesper Gøtz. The rounded tip of the BK22 blade, as well as the extra support for the balance finger, can be attributed to Jespers Gøtz's experience of cutting through many, large sourdough loaves of bread every day.The bread knife is completely symmetrical and can therefore be used with both left and right hands.
