Marianne Kynde is a craft studio that creates upcycled, handmade objects and furniture for the home. Behind the company is Marianne Kynde Hestbech, who is educated in design and circular economy, as well as self-taught in braiding and reupholstering.

Marianne Kynde was founded with the desire to break with the "buy-and-throw-away" culture and create durable products that invite "keep-and-maintain". With several years of experience in circular design and working with natural materials, Marianne creates simple, unique objects of high quality, where no two are alike.

Marianne was born and raised on the West Coast of Jutland, educated in Aalborg and living in Copenhagen, where the company operates from. She wants to highlight the value of existing objects and share her passion for restoration. In the future, she plans to open a workshop where she can offer workshops and guidance in creative projects.
