___
The book highlights his versatile approach to graphics – from lithography to silkscreen printing – and the personal and often humorous tone that characterizes his universe. The book also includes an interview in which Husk Mit Navn reflects on his art and work under a pseudonym, as well as a text by art historian Peter Ole Pedersen that explores the relationship of his graphic work to the masses.
HuskMitNavn (b. 1975) has been a prominent figure in both the graffiti and art worlds for over 20 years, and his works have been recognized by both the general public and the art community. With roots in street art and a strong personal expression, he has had solo exhibitions in galleries and museums in Denmark and abroad and has created a wide range of public decorations and graphic works. His work has been a permanent part of the collections of Danish art museums and appeals with its humorous, satirical depiction of everyday life.
The book is published in collaboration with the Kastrupgårdsamlingen.
