Choose options

As a celebration of the first day of spring, a tribute to life and to light, the world-famous Danish pianist, Niels Lan Doky, has recorded a record at Louisiana: “YESTERDAY’S FUTURE – Live at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art”. The record consists of Lan Doky compositions, both new and old, which he recorded during a spring concert at the museum, together with Tobias Dall on bass and Nikolaj Dall on drums.
The album cover features the large painting, Portugalien (2008) by Danish painter Per Kirkeby. The work has had a permanent place in the museum's concert hall since 2021, alongside English painter David Hockney's A Closer Grand Canyon.
The record is available on vinyl in a limited edition of 500 pieces, of which Louisiana is selling 100 pieces in the Louisiana Design Store and Webshop.
