Blue and green patterns on this bowl are inspired by Japanese kimonos and designed by Portuguese Bela Silva for Belgian design brand Serax.
Although Bela Silva was born and raised in Lisbon, we can attribute to her the predicate 'citizen of the world'. She studied in Portugal, Great Britain and the United States, and she has explored all possible art disciplines. Her work has shared the spotlight at exhibitions with Andy Warhol, and her tile art is popular from Brazil to Spain, across China and back to Portugal. Today she commutes between Brussels and Lisbon, mainly focusing on her first love, ceramics.
The bowl is dishwasher and microwave safe.
