Noa dreams of having a garden full of trees, just like the neighbor's. But Søs and mother do not understand anything. Sis just says that the neighbor eats children. One day, a noise comes from the neighbour's garden, and armed with a stick, Noa goes behind the fence...
With Noas Have Æsken's book, real tree seeds and a diploma, the Danish brand, Tree From Me, seeks to bring sustainability and a green future at eye level with children on their own terms.
"It is my hope that you can be inspired by Noa when you read the book. Hopefully Noa's curiosity will rub off and perhaps lead to conversations about trees and sustainability at home. The most important thing for me is that you get the courage to get dirty and get the desire to plant trees, even if they grow slowly. Maybe you send Noah a loving thought in the meantime", says author of "Noa's garden", Asta Birkler, part of the team behind Tree from Me.
Noah's Garden Box can teach children about photosynthesis, biodiversity and the climate at an early age. After reading the book, there are three envelopes with Scots pine seeds that the children can sow in a small pot. Later they can be planted out in the garden and grow large. Also included is a diploma, which shows that the child has planted his own trees and has now contributed to a greener future.
