Potholder – POT

Hand-woven pot holder made from recycled sari fabrics from the Swedish design brand A World of Craft. As all pot holders are unique, colors and patterns vary, and it is therefore not possible to choose a specific color. The production also helps to create important jobs for women in rural Bangladesh.

A World of Craft collaborates with local artisans to highlight crafts from developing countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. A large part of A World of Craft's assortment is developed by A World of Craft Studio, the company's own design team. The idea is to use design as a tool to develop and market traditional crafts and thereby help create jobs in regions where crafts are currently the primary source of income. In this way, unique craft traditions have the opportunity to survive, while A World of Craft's customers gain access to crafts from many parts of the world.

The pot holder can be washed at 40 degrees.
