Colorful, handmade teaspoon in acrylic glass from the German design brand Heim Söhne.

Heim Söhne was founded in 1862 in Ober-Ramstadt, Germany, as a comb factory specializing in the processing of tortoiseshell. The company grew rapidly and became Europe's largest manufacturer in this field around 1900. In order to protect turtles, the third generation, under Georg Friedrich Heim, began experimenting with new materials and found in Plexiglas a suitable alternative that could be processed into tortoiseshell. Today, Heim Söhne is run by the 5th and 6th generations and is known for its handmade products for table settings and interior design.

The spoons can be washed in the dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 50 degrees. However, we recommend cleaning them by hand with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
