The two friends Kilian and Paul ran into challenges that many others with families and full-time jobs know, and decided to help themselves and others with a notebook, My Journal To, which seeks to reduce stress and hustle and provide more presence: It's simply about journaling - write down your ideas, goals and reflections, every day.

The book contains tangible templates for daily journaling, inspiring quotes, challenges and 10 exercises to get closer to your needs and feelings, the authors say, adding that it doesn't have to take more than five minutes a day: A simple, structured practice based on tools and exercises, known from proven principles in positive psychology and mindfulness.
Paul Guett currently works on an online coaching platform for health and fitness coaches and Kilian Dreher with marketing strategy. They are originally from Germany, but started in 2017 at CBS in Copenhagen, where they met each other and have published their anti-stress notebook under their own company, My Journal To Aps.
The cover is made of linseed paper, and the book is printed in Latvia.
