Founded in 2010 with a mission to create responsible, functional and aesthetic alternatives to traditional building materials, Søuld collaborates with ecologists and designers to develop eelgrass-based products that contribute to better acoustics, fire resistance, moisture regulation and a lower CO₂ footprint.

By reviving the Danish eelgrass tradition, Søuld offers both private and commercial space products that create a natural and comfortable atmosphere. Behind Søuld is a team of architects, engineers and craftsmen who work to develop healthy solutions in the construction industry.
