Scarf, Classical White Flower Scarf. The scarf is made of thick, soft silk twill with a matte finish. The colorful floral print originates from a French warp print from the late 18th century, which is part of Tapis Noir's archive of antique textiles.

Tapis Noir was founded in 2020 by Mads Lehn Kruse, who combines his knowledge and experience as an art director with his personal interest in interiors and antique textiles in Tapis Noir. As a collector of rare textile documents, he reinterprets them in a contemporary context, where woven textures are digitally translated while tapestries and old wall panels are transformed into silk in harmony with Lehn Kruse's own warp prints.
